How long will shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. 

Australia shipping: 1–5 business days, depending on your location 

New Zealand shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, however international shipping will be launching soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size using Australia Post rates.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include an order tracking link. This link is automatically updated and provides the latest tracking information for your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Please visit the Returns/Exchanges link on the homepage to begin the process.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer exchanges. Please follow the steps via the Returns/Exchanges link on the homepage.

Will sold out items be restocked?

Yes. Stock will be replenished as items sell out and we will do our best to keep all products available.

Why are some products unavailable online?

Some products are intentionally exclusive to Strong studios to help support in-studio retail and member purchases through your local studio.

Do I need to be a Strong member to purchase?

No, however you will need to select a Strong studio during checkout when placing an order.

How do franchisees place wholesale orders?

Franchisees can access wholesale ordering by clicking the login link in the top right corner of the site and signing into the franchisee portal.
